Wedding photographer in Stockholm and throughout Sweden
Hiring a wedding photographer is about more than just getting beautiful photos. It’s about being able to let go with confidence, knowing that the entire day will be documented with expertise, organization, and a keen eye for detail.
I work as a wedding photographer based in Stockholm and take on assignments throughout Sweden. For more than ten years, I have documented over 100 weddings—from grand manor house weddings and castle settings to rustic celebrations in the countryside and elegant weekends featuring several days of festivities.
My visual style is documentary, timeless, and meticulously crafted. I work discreetly in the background for most of the day, but step in to provide clear guidance when needed. The result is wedding photography that combines intimacy, structure, and aesthetics—and stands the test of time.
Here you can read more about how I work as a wedding photographer, what’s included in my different packages, and how I capture larger weddings with both breadth and precision.
Here's what you can expect:
A photographer with experience photographing over a hundred weddings
Photos that convey emotion, movement, and authenticity
A personalized and transparent partnership from initial contact to delivery

Authentic documentary wedding photography
My style is rooted in documentary wedding photography, where the focus is on emotion, movement, and genuine moments. I strive to capture the day as it is actually experienced—not as it is staged.
For most of the wedding day, I work discreetly in the background. I observe, read the situation, and capture the natural interactions between you and your guests—the laughter, the glances, the pauses, and the energy in the room.
During portraits and planned photo sessions, I step in to provide clear and confident guidance. I give simple instructions that encourage movement and intimacy rather than stiff poses. This makes the photos feel lively and personal, even during the more structured parts of the day.
Larger weddings at manor houses, castles, and in rural settings require organization and advance planning. I plan the lighting, workflow, and positioning in advance so that the photography can take place without stress or interruptions.
The result is wedding photos that combine a documentary style with a refined aesthetic—timeless images that will last for generations.

Every wedding is unique, but what unites my work is presence, structure, and a documentary visual style that stands the test of time. I primarily work on full-day weddings in Stockholm and throughout Sweden, where I capture the entire experience.
Are you planning a wedding at a manor house, a castle, or in a rural setting?
All-Day Wedding – It’s the Total Package That Makes the Difference
My specialty is documenting weddings from the morning’s first preparations to the evening’s final dance. A full-day wedding allows me to capture more than just the highlights—it creates a cohesive story.
When viewed as a whole, the day reveals the relationships, the shifts in pace, and the atmosphere that builds over time. The anticipation of the preparations, the gathering before the ceremony, the reactions during the speeches, and the energy on the dance floor all become part of the same visual whole.
Photographing a full-day wedding requires structure and planning. I work with a clear timeline, strategic positioning, and careful consideration of lighting and the setting. This allows me to capture the day calmly and efficiently, even in larger venues such as manor houses, castles, and rural reception venues.
The result is a comprehensive wedding photo essay that captures every important moment and gives each part of the day its due.
The full-day format is perfect for those who want to:
• Have complete documentation from start to finish
• Capture both planned and spontaneous moments
• Preserve the entire atmosphere of the day
• Have a collection of photos that tells a story beyond individual moments

HOW WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY WORKS
1. Initial contact
Please send me a request with the date, location, and your vision for your wedding day. I’ll get back to you with information, suggestions for the itinerary, and a recommended package.
Once we have agreed on the details and price, a contract will be sent for your signature. A booking fee of approximately 20 percent is required to reserve the date.
2. Planning and Structure
Before the wedding, we’ll go over the day’s schedule, venues, and the moments that are important to you. I’ll share my experience with timing, portrait photography, and how we create opportunities for natural, stress-free photos.
The goal is for you to feel clear-headed and calm before the day begins.
3. On the wedding day
I work discreetly and stay in the background. My focus is on genuine moments, emotions, and details that drive the story forward. When taking portraits, I offer gentle guidance so that the photos feel natural and vibrant
A full-day wedding allows us to follow you from the preparations through to the evening’s festivities and create a cohesive record of the day.
4. Editing and Delivery
After the wedding, we begin a careful selection and editing process for the photos. Colors, contrast, and lighting are adjusted to create a timeless look that stands the test of time.
The photos are delivered via a personal online gallery where you can easily download, share, and order prints. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks during peak season.
Wedding Photographer in Stockholm – Available for assignments throughout Sweden
I work as a wedding photographer based in Stockholm, but I cover weddings throughout the country. A large portion of my assignments take place in the Stockholm area—from the archipelago and manor houses to castles and rural settings—while I also regularly travel to weddings in other parts of Sweden.
I photograph weddings on Gotland, in Skåne, Gothenburg, Västerås, Örebro, and many other locations where the setting becomes a natural part of the story. Whether it’s a castle, a manor house, a barn in the countryside, or a celebration in the archipelago, I tailor my photography to the light, the pace, and the character of the location.
Travel within the Stockholm area is included in my packages. For weddings elsewhere in Sweden, the plan is tailored to the location and scope of the event, while maintaining the same level of engagement, structure, and photographic style.
If you’re planning a wedding anywhere in Sweden and are looking for a wedding photographer with experience in both large, full-day weddings and more intimate settings, please feel free to contact me and tell me about your plans.
